20 November 2020 – Convening Notice extraordinary general meeting of the shareholders of Absolute Return Strategy SICAV
The shareholders of Absolute Return Strategy SICAV (hereafter “SICAV”) are invited to attend the extraordinary general meeting of the shareholders of the SICAV to be held in front of Maître Carlo Wersandt, notary residing in Luxembourg on 29 December 2020 at 11:00 am CET to deliberate and decide on the following agenda:
1. acknowledgement of the terms of the cross-border merger;
2. acknowledgement that all relevant documents required by Luxembourg law are available for inspection thereof;
3. the approval of the conditions and to carry out the merger;
4. any other business.

Shareholders who object to the merger or do not wish to receive shares in the NV can redeem their shares as from the date of this notification till the date of the merger under the usual conditions as per the prospectus of the SICAV. The total position of shareholders who abstain from voting, vote against the merger or will not vote will be redeemed by the SICAV and paid out with the last net asset value price of the SICAV. Redemptions will be free of charges.
